Absolutely fantastic meat. Incredibly tender and succulent. 10/10. Polpetta was very fluffy and the sauce was great. Meat on a skewer was incredibly tasty. You don't even need to chew it, just melts in your mouth. 2 pieces of Steak were around 600 gr. and cost 20€ each. Also very very tender and taste delicious.
Service was nice but our waiter bairly spoke English🙈
Anyway very recommended place.

This restaurant is not very easy to find, you need to get into the inner streets of Nuovo Salario to find It bu it is definitely worth the search. Here you can have a wide array of choice. From pizza to the Fiorentina, this place can satisfy whatever you want. But the specialty here is meat. They serve tartare of chianina beef in many different ways, but always tasty! They have swords with bites of roasted meat with creamy sauces dripping from the top. They have t-bones of the best quality beef you can find. I can only recommend it.

We were on Valentine's Day, very good meat, porcini fillet and excellent truffle, tender to try. Delicious French fries, the baked ones a little less so, a little soft, excellent service, nice and friendly waiters, fair price, recommended +++
First time, we were a little hesitant. Mattia, a great person, advised us. And everything he promised us, flavor and cooking, was brought to us. A place we will definitely return to and recommend wholeheartedly. Price absolutely adequate for the level of quality. Mattia thanks for your advice.
Excellent place where you can choose the meat to be cooked thanks to the open counter. Eight people came. We ate pasta, pizza and meat. All of excellent quality and excellent cooking. The only flaw, if anything, is the lack of soapstone. The artichoke stuffed with ciauscolo was excellent. The staff proved to be very kind and prepared. The fried food offered by the house is appreciated. Good choice of wines. Price appropriate to the quality of the raw material. I recommend it easily.
